It’s totally OK to be scared. You have every right to feel that way, and at the same time, it is a fear worth facing because we don’t have to die to face it. We can become conscious of our life force that is causing our hearts to beat and all the complex systems of our body to function because that is what we truly what we all are, and yet so few are paying attention to that. But we can, and when we do, our fear turns into faith. I mean that sincerely and experientially, but also realize that everybody is going to have their own unique experience of it. There are lots with similarities, but each individual is going to experience their own unique perception of it. Trust yourself. Trust your life force. That is where your resilience and power will be. Yes, the last glacier that came through supposedly was 1-3 miles high depending on where in the state and the mountains were huge but the glacier knocked the peaks off but that's a big part of why we have so much incredible geology and crystals!

I have a ? For you. If you are in a native of indigenous tribe & never heard Jesus Christ. What happens to them? They go to hell because they never heard of Jesus? Think about that 20 to 25% of people on this planet have never heard anything about Jesus... So they go to hell because the have never heard his name? From what i have experienced is once you are attached to your ethereal soul. You start to experience almost like downloads. It also has a notification, that will also make you take time! To interact with the source of all life & it's a beautiful relationship!!!! The key is meditation, the change we need right now must come from inside!!! Source can be many,many different names & Jesus is 1 of them. ❤ love is what we need alot more of!!

It could’ve been caused by anxiety. I was extremely malnourished and very traumatized from unresolved issues of the past.

To truly create a better world means that at some point we all have to face ourselves and someone can only bypass this for so long and then reality reveals itself. Who we think we are is mostly a result of social indoctrination. What we are is this invisible force of beyond genius intelligence that operates all of the complex systems of our body whether we are awake or asleep. We are visitors in our souls (Lifeforce) journey. And when we start paying attention to what is giving us the ability to have attention in the first place, that’s where the deep healing can begin! Then we choose to let who we are be influenced by what we are, not societal conditioning with its tunnel-vision limitations! When enough of us start doing this together, that’s when we can start to have a healthy impact in this world that needs those who can love life unconditionally, no matter how ugly it can get!
